长三角G60科创走廊对沿线城市跨界创新合作的影响研究

基于2010-2021年长三角41个城市的面板数据,将长三角G60科创走廊建设视为一项准自然实验,综合运用社会网络分析法、双重差分法和空间杜宾模型等方法,从理论和实证两方面检验长三角G60科创走廊对沿线城市创新合作的影响与作用机制.研究发现:①长三角G60科创走廊建设显著提高了沿线城市的跨区域创新合作水平,研究结论在一系列稳健性检验中均成立.②随着政策实施的不断推进,这一促进效应逐渐增强,但空间溢出效应仍不明显.③相较于一般等级城市,长三角G60科创走廊建设对沿线高等级城市的影响效应更大.④长三角G60科创走廊建设主要通过强化政府创新投入、缓解传统融资约束、提高数字金融发展水平、促进人才集聚,进而对沿线城市跨区域创新合作产生积极影响.
Impact of G60 S&T Innovation Corridor of the Yangtze River Delta on Cross-regional Innovation Cooperation in Cities Along the Route
Based on panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2021,this paper takes the construction of G60 science and innovation corridor as a quasi-natural experiment and comprehensively uses social network analysis,DID method,and spatial Durbin model to test the impact and mechanism of G60 S&T Innovation Corridor on innovation co-operation in cities along the route.Results show that:① The construction of the G60 S&T Innovation Corridor significantly improves the level of cross-regional innovation cooperation in cities along the route,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.② With the continuous promotion of policy implementation,this promoting effect gradually strengthens,but the spatial spillover effect is still not obvious.③Compared to general-level cities,the G60 S&T Innova-tion Corridor has a greater impact on high-level cities along the route.④The G60 S&T Innovation Corridor has a positive impact on cross-regional innovation cooperation in cities along the route mainly by strengthening government innovation in-vestment,alleviating traditional financing constraints,improving the development level of digital finance,and promoting tal-ent agglomeration.
