摘要

基于人工智能与智能制造装备相关领域联合授权发明专利,构建组织创新网络与知识网络.以2011-2020年高新技术企业为样本,利用FGLS回归模型实证分析了组织间联系对企业创新质量的影响,并检验了知识网络中知识组合能力与协调能力的调节作用.研究发现:直接联系正向影响企业创新质量;间接联系正向影响企业创新质量;知识组合能力对直接联系与企业创新质量关系具有倒U型调节作用;知识协调能力对直接联系、间接联系与企业创新质量关系具有正向调节作用.

Abstract

Based on the jointly authorized invention patents in the fields of artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing equipment,an organizational innovation network and a knowledge network were constructed.Based on samples of high-tech firms from 2011 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of inter-organizational connections on the firm's innovation quality by using the FGLS regression model.It also examines the moderating role of knowledge combination and coordination ability in the relationship between inter-organizational connections and the firm's innovation quality.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Direct connections positively affect the firm's innovation quality.Indirect connec-tions have a positive impact on the firm's innovation quality.Knowledge combination ability has an inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between direct connections and the firm's innovation quality.The relationships between direct connections and the firm's innovation quality,and indirect connections and the firm's innovation quality are positively moderated by knowledge coordination ability.
