摘要
从企业出口产品-市场集约和技术含量间的相关性视角阐释了企业出口的"核心技术产品"不同于"核心产品"(出口额最大的产品),结合中国工业企业和中国海关出口数据,实证分析了少数企业在扩展其核心技术产品的海外市场时,对其所属产业显性比较优势增速的影响.研究发现:这些企业扩展核心技术产品水平越高,越能显著推动产业比较优势增长,且该结论通过了一系列的稳健性检验;这种正向的作用机制存在企业规模的门槛,在大型企业中更加显著.
Abstract
This paper explores the difference between a firm's"core technological products"and its"core products"(i.e.,the products with the highest export revenue)and their impact on a firm's industry comparative advantage.Using Chinese industrial firms and export data,it identifies a group of firms whose core products are not core technological products and ex-amines the effects of expanding their overseas markets for core technological products.Empirical results show that as these firms increase the level of core technological product exports,they significantly enhance their industry comparative advantage growth.Moreover,this positive mechanism has a firm size threshold and is more pronounced in larger firms.
