老龄员工技术焦虑对人工智能技术持续采纳的影响——组织信任与ICT自我效能的遮掩效应

摘要
基于情感事件理论,构建一个双路径被调节的中介模型,探讨老龄员工技术焦虑对人工智能技术持续采纳的影响.分析525份调查问卷,结果发现:老龄员工技术焦虑正向影响人工智能技术持续采纳,该主效应显著关系被组织信任及ICT自我效能遮掩;心理脱离削弱老龄员工技术焦虑对组织信任及ICT自我效能的负向作用,也削弱组织信任及ICT自我效能的中介作用,即组织信任与ICT自我效能的遮掩效应被减弱.
Abstract
Based on affective events theory,this paper constructs a dual-path moderated mediation model to explore the im-pact of technology anxiety on the continuous adoption of artificial intelligence technology by elderly employees.Based on the analysis of 525 questionnaires,the results show:technology anxiety among elderly employees has a positive impact on the continuous adoption of artificial intelligence technology,and the significant relationship between this main effect is masked by organizational trust and ICT self-efficacy.Psychological detachment weakens the negative effect of technology anxiety on organizational trust and ICT self-efficacy of older employees and weakens the mediating role of organizational trust and ICT self-efficacy;that is,the masking effect of organizational trust and ICT self-efficacy is weakened.
