发明人关系网络对创新绩效的影响研究——多层网络视角

基于资源基础观和知识基础观构建了多层网络框架,将发明人合作网络、发明人所在组织的合作网络、发明人内部知识网络纳入同一分析框架,通过对集成电路领域的专利数据进行分析,考察了发明人合作网络结构嵌入对其创新绩效的影响.实证结果显示:发明人合作网络结构嵌入显著地正向影响发明人创新绩效;发明人知识网络中心性和组织合作网络结构洞二者正向调节发明人合作网络结构嵌入对其创新绩效的影响;而发明人知识网络结构洞和组织合作网络中心性二者则负向调节发明人合作网络结构嵌入对其创新绩效的影响.
The Influence of Inventor's Relationship Network on Innovation Performance:A Multi-layer Network Perspective
Based on the resource-based view and knowledge-based view,this paper constructs a multi-layer network framework to integrate the inventors'collaboration network,the collaboration network of the inventor's organization,and the inventors'knowledge network.By analyzing the patent data in the field of integrated circuits,the impact between the struc-tural embeddedness of inventors'collaboration network and inventors'innovation performance is investigated.The empirical results show that the structural embeddedness of the inventors'collaboration network has a positive impact on the inventors'innovation performance.Besides,the centrality of the inventor's knowledge network and the structure hole of the organiza-tional collaboration network positively regulate the impact between the structural embeddedness of the inventors'collabora-tion network and inventors'innovation performance.However,the structural hole of the inventor's knowledge network and the centrality of the organizational collaboration network negatively regulate the impact between the structural embeddedness of inventors'collaboration network and their innovation performance.
