摘要

基于三阶段DEA模型,测算了 2016-2020年中国绿色低碳上市企业的创新效率,并在此基础上利用Tobit模型,从企业自身特征出发进一步考察创新效率的影响因素.研究发现:在同质环境下,绿色低碳企业创新效率处于较低水平,主要受规模效率制约,纯技术效率存在规模异质性,中小型企业纯技术效率高于大型企业;企业规模、员工质量、政府补助强度对企业创新效率有显著促进作用,其中企业规模、政府补助强度主要通过规模效率对创新效率产生影响,而研发人员结构与企业创新效率负相关.

Abstract

Based on the three-stage DEA model,this paper measures the innovation efficiency of China's green and low-carbon listed companies from 2016 to 2020 and utilizes the Tobit model to further examine the influencing factors of innova-tion efficiency in terms of the enterprises'characteristics.The results show that in a homogeneous environment,the innova-tion efficiency of green low-carbon enterprises is at a low level,which is mainly restricted by scale efficiency;pure techni-cal efficiency has scale heterogeneity,and the pure technical efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises is higher than that of large enterprises;enterprise-scale,labor quality,and government subsidy intensity significantly contribute to enterprise innovation efficiency,in which enterprise-scale and government subsidy intensity mainly affect innovation effi-ciency through scale efficiency;the structure of R&D personnel is negatively correlated with enterprise innovation efficiency.
