中国"隐形冠军"技术创新的多元或聚焦之路——基于中日新能源汽车电池领域专利对比分析

基于新能源汽车产业电池领域的中国单项冠军和日本利基企业的发明专利数据的对比分析,探索并尝试阐释了作为后发性国家的中国"隐形冠军"的创新技术特征与创新网络关系特性。结果表明,在创新技术特征方面,中日技术的知识宽度都在增加,然而与日本利基企业的技术多元化发展趋势不同,中国单项冠军技术的知识宽度仍处于聚集化发展阶段,同时其技术的知识深度相较日本利基企业更加深入;在创新网络特性方面,中日都以独立技术研发为主,然而相较日本利基企业,中国单项冠军合作专利更少、其作为技术创新网络的中介作用较弱、更多为被动型合作。
Diversification or Concentration of Technological Innovation of China's New Energy Vehicle"Hidden Champions":A Comparative Analysis of Chinese and Japanese Patents of New Energy Vehicle Batteries
Based on the comparative analysis of invention patent data of Chinese individual champions and Japanese niche enterprises in the field of batteries in the new energy vehicle industry,this paper explores the characteristics of the relation-ship between innovative technologies and innovation networks of"hidden champions"in latecomer countries.It is found that in terms of innovative technology characteristics,the knowledge width of both Chinese and Japanese technologies is increas-ing;however,unlike the technological diversification trend of Japanese niche enterprises,the knowledge width of China's in-dividual champion technology is still in the stage of aggregation,and the knowledge depth of technology is deeper compared with that of Japanese niche enterprises.In terms of the characteristics of the innovation network,China and Japan are both dominated by independent technology R&D,but compared to Japanese niche firms,China's champions have fewer patents,and the intermediary role as a technological innovation network is weaker and more passive.
