摘要
将数据要素的商品和金融二分属性及隐私成本内生化,建立数据要素的产品交易与金融交易市场模型,理论演绎数据价值化影响产业跨界融合的动态作用.从理论上探究数据价值化驱动产业跨界融合与经济高质量增长的路径与机制,并以2012-2020年256个地级市为研究样本,将国家级大数据交易中心作为试点城市设立作为准自然实验,运用多期DID回归探讨数据价值化对经济高质量增长的影响.研究发现,数据价值化能够显著提高经济高质量增长水平,产业跨界融合在数据价值化影响经济高质量增长中发挥中介效应.
Abstract
This paper internalizes the commodity and financial dichotomous attributes and privacy costs of data elements,es-tablishes a product trading market and financial trading market model for data elements,and theorizes the dynamic role of data valorization in influencing industrial cross-border integration.It theoretically explores the path and mechanism of data valorization driving industrial cross-border integration and high-quality economic growth,and using 256 prefecture-level cities from 2012 to 2020 as research samples,sets up national-level big data trading centers as pilot cities as quasi-natu-ral experiments to explore the impact of data valorization on high-quality economic growth using multi-period DID regres-sion.It has been found that data valorization can significantly improve the level of high-quality economic growth,and cross-border industry integration plays a mediating role in data valorization affecting high-quality economic growth.
