数字经济下高价值专利组合的多重驱动路径研究

摘要
构建了影响专利组合成效的整体性研究框架,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探究驱动高价值专利组合的多重等效路径.研究发现:高与非高专利组合成效的产生路径具有明显的因果非对称性,其中知识产权战略与大数据能力是企业高价值专利组合的核心因素,得出3条驱动路径,即知识产权战略下研发能力驱动型、大数据能力缺失下环境竞争促进型和大数据能力主导下中介连接赋能型.
Abstract
A holistic research framework affecting the effectiveness of patent portfolios is constructed,and a fuzzy set qualita-tive comparative analysis method is adopted to explore the multiple equivalent paths driving high-value patent portfolios.It finds that the paths of high and non-high patent portfolio effectiveness have pronounced causal asymmetry,among which IP strategy and big data capability are the core factors of the high-value patent portfolios of enterprises.Three driving paths are derived,namely,R&D capability-driven under IP strategy,environment competition-promoted under the lack of big data capability,and intermediary connection empowered under the dominance of big data capability.
