"双碳"目标下多因素驱动废旧智能手机回收路径研究

针对废旧智能手机这一特定废弃产品,在"双碳"目标下借鉴现有理论和结合智能手机特性,确定关系变量.以问卷数据为研究样本,应用回归分析确定影响废旧智能手机回收意愿的关键因素,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),基于数据分析得到因素之间的组态结果.研究表明,在碳排放政策、回收渠道、环保知识、信息安全性、经济动机等关键因素驱动下,主要有三条多元回收路径:政策-渠道双驱动、环保-信息安全双驱动、政策-环保-利益协同驱动.根据影响因素和多元回收路径,绘制了消费者-回收企业-政府多方联动施策图,提出面向消费者的三条对策,以提升消费者参与废旧智能手机回收意愿,为实现"双碳"目标助力.
Recycling Path of Waste Smart Phones Driven by Multiple Factors Under the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals
Focusing on the waste smartphone,a specific waste product,this paper determines the relationship variables by referring to the existing theory and combining smartphone characteristics under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Based on the data from the questionnaire,this paper determines the key factors that affect the recycling intention of waste smartphones through regression analysis and obtains the multiple configurations using fsQCA.The results show that three combination paths affect recycling intention through carbon emission policy,recycling channel,environmental protec-tion knowledge,information security,and economic motivation:policy and channel driving,environmental protection and in-formation security driving,policy-environmental protection-benefit synergistic driving.Corresponding to the different combination paths and influencing factors,a multi-party collaborative strategy map of consumers,recycling enterprises,and governments is drawn.It proposes three strategies for consumers to enhance their intention to participate in recycling waste smartphones and achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
