占据结构洞对流动研发者技术创新的影响研究——以个体知识基础为调节变量

分析占据的结构洞是如何影响研发者流动后的技术创新,探讨个体知识基础对流动研发者结构洞和技术创新之间关系的调节作用,并基于新入职企业所处发展阶段的不同对研究结果进行异质性检验.结果表明:(1)当研发者流动后占据的结构洞越多时,流动研发者的技术创新越强;(2)流动研发者的知识宽度、知识深度会显著提升占据结构洞对流动研发者技术创新的促进作用;(3)无论企业处于何种发展阶段,占据结构洞都会对研发者流动后的技术创新产生显著的促进作用.只有当流动研发者在企业成长期入职时,个体知识基础才能发挥显著的正向调节作用.
Influence of the Structural Holes Occupied by Mobile Developers on Their Technological Innovation——Moderating Role of Personal Knowledge Base
This paper reveals how the occupied structural hole affects the technological innovation of developers after mobili-ty.At the same time,the moderating effect of individual knowledge base on the relationship between mobile developers'structural hole and developers'technological innovation after mobility is discussed in depth,and the heterogeneity test is conducted based on the different development stages of new ventures.The regression results show that(1)The more struc-tural holes occupied by mobile developers,the stronger the technological innovation of mobile developers.(2)The knowl-edge width and depth of knowledge of mobile developers will significantly enhance the role of occupying the structural hole in promoting the technological innovation of mobile developers.(3)No matter what development stage the enterprise is in,oc-cupying the structural hole will significantly promote the technological innovation of mobile developers.However,the indi-vidual knowledge base can play a significant positive moderating role only when mobile developers enter the enterprise during its growth period.
