考虑数据共享和平台赋能的智能制造生态合作策略演化

在揭示智能制造平台和制造企业生态合作机理的基础上,构建考虑数据共享和平台赋能的博弈模型,对影响双方生态合作演化稳定性的因素进行分析,并通过MATLAB数值仿真,进一步探讨不同关键因素对双方行为演化结果的影响.结果表明:(1)不同组合的初始意愿会影响双方最后的策略选择,对有意愿进行生态合作的制造企业,智能制造平台应主动发出合作信号;(2)平台赋能成本和数据共享成本增加会对生态合作起到抑制作用;(3)随着数据价值转化系数、数据保护力度等的增大,双方选择生态合作策略的速度将加快;(4)降低数字化转型的风险成本,合理设置收益分配机制能够对生态合作演化形成正向激励.
Evolution of Intelligent Manufacturing Ecological Cooperation Strategy Considering Data Sharing and Platform Empowerment
Based on revealing the mechanism of ecological cooperation between intelligent manufacturing platforms and man-ufacturing enterprises,a game model considering data sharing and platform empowerment is constructed to analyze the fac-tors affecting the evolutionary stability of ecological cooperation between the two parties.Moreover,the influence of different key factors on the behavioral evolution results of both parties is further discussed through MATLAB numerical simulation.The results show that(1)the initial intention of different combinations will affect the final strategy choice of both sides,and the intelligent manufacturing platform should actively send cooperation signals to the manufacturing enterprises that are will-ing to carry out ecological cooperation;(2)The increase of platform enabling cost and data sharing cost will inhibit ecologi-cal cooperation;(3)With the increase of data value conversion coefficient and data protection intensity,the speed of selec-ting ecological cooperation strategies will be accelerated;(4)Reducing the risk cost of digital transformation and setting a reasonable income distribution mechanism can form a positive incentive for the evolution of ecological cooperation.
