知识产权示范城市政策对企业数字化转型的影响研究

摘要
以国家知识产权示范城市为准自然实验,选取2009-2021年A股上市企业为样本,运用多期双重差分法考察知识产权示范城市政策对企业数字化转型的影响.研究发现:知识产权示范城市政策的实施有利于促进企业数字化转型,并且通过了一系列稳健性检验.同时,企业高管信息技术背景和城市数字金融在此过程中发挥内外部调节作用.进一步进行异质性检验,结果发现,该政策的影响在东中部城市、高科技产业、非国有企业等子样本中更显著.
Abstract
Taking the national intellectual property demonstration cities as the quasi-natural experiment,A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2021 are selected as samples to investigate the impact of intellectual property demonstration cities on enterprise digital transformation using the time-varying difference-in-differences method.The results show that the poli-cy of intellectual property demonstration cities promotes enterprise digital transformation and passes a series of robustness tests.In addition,the information technology expertise of corporate executives and regional digital finance development play a moderating role in intellectual property protection policies.Further heterogeneity analysis shows that the influence of the policy is more significant in the subsamples of eastern and central cities,high-tech industries,non-state-owned enter-prises,etc.
