数字经济发展对全要素能源效率的影响机制研究——以黄河流域73个地级市为例

采用基尼系数客观赋权评价法与非期望SBM模型分别测算2011-2020年黄河流域数字经济、全要素能源效率,借助基准模型实证检验数字经济对全要素能源效率的提升作用,考察数字产业集聚、技术进步与环境规制3种路径在传导过程发挥的效果,并进行黄河流域上游、中游、下游的区域异质性分析.结果表明:(1)数字经济对全要素能源效率的促进作用在中游表现得最为明显;(2)产业集聚、技术进步、环境规制是黄河流域全域的关键正向传导路径;(3)异质性分析表明,技术进步在上游、中游、下游均为正向中介传导,环境规制在中游表现为负向传导、在下游表现为正向传导.
Influence Mechanism of Digital Economy Development on Total Factor Energy Efficiency:Taking 73 Prefecture-level Cities in the Yellow River Basin as Examples
This paper calculates the digital economy and total factor energy efficiency from 2011 to 2020 using the Gini coef-ficient objective empowerment evaluation method and the undesired SBM model,respectively.With the help of the bench-mark model,this paper empirically tests the role of the digital economy in improving total factor energy efficiency,examines the effects played by the three pathways of digital industry agglomeration,technological innovation,and environmental regu-lation in the transmission process,and analyzes the regional heterogeneity in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.The results show that:(1)The promotion effect of the digital economy is most obvious in total factor energy efficiency in the midstream.(2)The key positive transmission paths in the Yellow River basin are Industrial agglom-eration,technological progress,and environmental regulation.(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that technological progress is positively mediated in the upstream,midstream,and downstream,while environmental regulation shows negative trans-mission in the midstream and positive transmission in the downstream.
