"双碳"目标下制造业数字化转型的碳减排效应研究

摘要
基于制造业数据,系统评估了中国制造业数字化转型水平,并从技术创新角度深入探索数字化转型对制造业碳排放的影响关系,利用非线性动态门槛回归模型,分析在不同技术创新门槛下数字化转型对制造业碳排放的影响.研究发现:当前中国数字化转型水平整体较低,离国际先进水平仍有差距;有趣的是,数字化转型和碳排放之间存在技术创新异质双门槛效应:较低水平的技术创新会明显地提升数字化转型的碳排放效应,而随着技术创新水平的提高并超过临界值时,数字化转型在一定程度上降低了碳排放总量.
Abstract
Taking the manufacturing industry as an example,this paper systematically evaluates digital transformation and discusses the impact of digital transformation on carbon emissions from the perspective of technological innovation.The re-sults show that China's manufacturing digital transformation currently shows a lower trend,and there is a"gap"between the international advanced level.Interestingly,the impact of the digital transformation on carbon emissions is limited by the"critical mass"of technological innovation:a lesser level of technological innovation promotes the carbon emission impact of the digital transformation to a certain extent,but when technological innovation rises and exceeds a threshold,the digital transformation can dramatically inhibit manufacturing carbon emissions.
