数字化转型、创新知识与制造业企业融通创新

基于数字化转型与融通创新的多企业主体利润最大化数理模型,阐释数字化转型对制造业企业融通创新的影响理论.利用中国A股制造业企业微观数据进行实证研究,研究发现:数字化转型对制造业企业融通创新有显著促进作用,尤其是管理层数字化转型的促进作用更强.机制分析表明,数字化转型主要通过提升创新知识流动、拓宽创新知识多样化增强制造业企业融通创新,不存在创新知识吸收能力的作用机制.进一步地,在知识产权环境越好、创新市场活力越高的地区,数字化转型对制造业企业融通创新的促进作用越强;政企关联则会减弱数字化转型对制造业企业融通创新的促进效应.
Digital Transformation,Innovative Knowledge,and Integrated Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises
Drawing on a theoretical model of multi-entity profit maximization with elements of digitalization and integrated innovation,this paper analyzes theoretically the influential impacts of digitalization transformation on corporate integrated in-novation.Micro data of Chinese A-share listed manufacturing enterprises are then used to document the empirical effects.It is found that corporate digitalization transformation,especially in terms of management digitalization,significantly pro-motes integrated innovation.Mechanism analysis indicates that digitalization transformation enhances corporate integrated in-novation through increases in innovative knowledge flow and diversity,whereas no mediating effects are observed in the mechanism of innovative knowledge absorption.Further studies of the moderating effects find that the promotion effect of dig-italization transformation on corporate integrated innovation is stronger in an environment with better intellectual property and higher market vitality but is weakened when the government-enterprise relationship is too close.
