摘要

基于VUCA情境的研究视角,分析数字创新生态系统韧性的演化过程,剖析韧性的四维提升策略为系统资源冗余策略、系统结构重构策略、系统安全监管策略以及系统服务升级策略,并以联泰科技数字创新生态系统为例进行服务重组方式的仿真分析.研究发现:VUCA情境下,数字创新生态系统韧性的演化路径包含韧性无变化、韧性得到提升以及韧性因作用失败而淘汰三种结果;服务升级策略所提出的服务重组方式对比服务组合方式更具有效性,且改进型生物地理学优化算法对比原算法具有更优的性能.

Abstract

Based on the research perspective of the VUCA scenario,this paper analyzes the evolution process of the resili-ence of the digital innovation ecosystem and explores the four-dimensional resilience improvement strategies,including sys-tem resource redundancy strategy,system structure reconstruction strategy,system security supervision strategy and system service upgrade strategy.In addition,the simulation analysis of the service reorganization mode is carried out by taking the digital innovation ecosystem of Liantech Technology as an example.The findings are as follows:(1)In the VUCA scenario,the evolution path of the resilience of the digital innovation ecosystem includes three outcomes:no change in resilience,im-provement in resilience,and elimination of resilience due to failure;(2)The service reorganization method proposed by the service upgrade strategy is more effective than the service combination method,and the improved biogeography optimization algorithm has better performance than the original algorithm.
