数智赋能与国有企业高质量发展——来自"上云用数赋智"的经验证据

摘要
遵循新发展理念的战略指引构建国有企业高质量发展评价指标体系,基于2010-2021年中国上市公司面板数据和所测算的国有企业高质量发展水平,从"上云用数赋智"视角实证检验了数智赋能对国有企业高质量发展的影响.结果表明:(1)数智赋能对国有企业高质量发展具有显著的促进效应,这一促进效应主要体现在创新发展、经营绩效和共享发展3个层面;基础数智赋能和深度数智赋能均在不同程度上提升了国有企业高质量发展水平;与公益类国有企业相比,数智赋能的质量提升效应主要体现于商业类国有企业.据此提出,国有企业仍需加强数智赋能与绿色低碳发展的深度融合,提高公益类国有企业数字化转型程度.
Abstract
Following the strategic guidance of the New Development concept,this paper constructs the high-quality devel-opment index system of state-owned enterprises(SOEs).Based on the panel data of China's SOEs from 2010 to 2021 and the calculated high-quality development index,it empirically tests the influence of digitalization and intelligence empower-ment on the high-quality development of SOEs.The results show that digitalization and intelligence empowerment signifi-cantly positively affect the high-quality development of SOEs,mainly reflected in innovative development,business per-formance,and shared development.It is further found that both basic and advanced digitalization and intelligence empower-ment can improve SOEs'development quality in different degrees.Compared with public-welfare SOEs,the promotion effect is mainly reflected in commercial SOEs.Based on the results,public-welfare SOEs need to strengthen the deep inte-gration of digitalization and intelligence with low-carbon development to improve digital transformation.
