摘要
基于2007-2021年A股上市企业数据,将省级政府数据开放平台作为一项准自然实验,利用多重差分模型检验政府数据开放对企业就业的影响,以揭示其在企业层面的价值创造能力.结果发现,政府数据开放通过产出效应、缓解融资约束和助推技术进步来刺激企业就业增长,且这种影响还会因企业要素密集程度、员工人力资本水平的异质性而存在差异.
Abstract
Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2021,this paper takes the provincial government data open platform as a quasi-natural experiment,using multiple difference models to test the influence of government data opening on enterprise employment and reveal its value creation ability at the enterprise level.It is found that the openness of government data can stimulate the employment growth of enterprises through the output effect,easing financing constraints and boosting technological progress,and this effect is different due to the intensity of enterprise factors and the heterogeneity of employee human capital level.
