共同富裕视角下企业数字化与绿色化的协同关系研究

摘要
以2010-2020年中国制造业A股上市公司为研究对象,基于协同理论探究企业数字化转型和绿色转型间相互促进的协同关系,并探究二者促进企业内共同富裕的协同效应.研究发现:(1)制造业企业数字化转型与绿色转型之间呈现互为因果、相互促进的协同关系,并且经过内生性检验、替换变量等一系列稳健性检验后结果仍然成立.(2)企业数字化转型和绿色转型在促进企业内共同富裕中发挥协同效应.
Abstract
Taking China's A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2010 to 2020 as the research object,this paper explores the synergistic relationship between digital transformation and green transformation of enterprises based on synergy theory and explores the synergistic effect of the two to promote common prosperity within enterprises.It is found that(1)manufacturing enterprises'digital transformation and green transformation present a mutually causal and mutually promoting synergistic relationship,and the results are still valid after a series of robustness tests,such as endogenous tests and substi-tution variables.(2)The digital transformation and green transformation of enterprises play a synergistic effect in promoting common prosperity within enterprises.
