摘要
选取2007-2020年中国A股非金融上市公司为样本,研究企业绿色创新是否存在行业同群效应以及共同机构所有权对行业绿色创新同群效应的影响.研究表明:企业绿色创新存在行业同群效应,共同机构所有权可以促进行业绿色创新同群效应.
Abstract
This paper selects Chinese A-share non-financial listed companies from 2007 to 2020 as samples to study whether enterprise green innovation has a peer effect and the impact of common institution ownership on green innovation peer effect.It shows that green innovation in enterprises has a peer effect in the industry,and joint organization ownership can promote the impact of green innovation in the industry group.
