How can the Employee Strength Use Enable Digital Business Model Innovation?A Chain Mediation Model
Based on the self-determination theory,this paper constructs a chain mediation model in which employee strength use influences digital business model innovation through mental toughness and resource patchwork and uses the structural equation model and Bootstrap method to test the model.The results show that:(1)employee strength use has a significant positive impact on digital business model innovation;(2)psychological resilience partially mediates the impact of employee strength use on digital business model innovation;(3)resources bricolage plays a partial mediating role in the im-pact of employee strength use on digital business model innovation;(4)psychological resilience and resources bricolage play a chain mediating role in the influence of employee strength use on digital business model innovation.Finally,it puts for-ward suggestions on how to use employees'strength in digital transformation and effectively promote digital business model innovation.
