Drawing on resource-based theory and absorptive capability theory,this paper takes manufacturing firms as the research object,explores the influence of digital strategic orientation on organizational resilience,and investigates the medi-ating role of external knowledge acquisition and the moderating role of absorptive capacity.The results show that digital strategy orientation has an"inverted U-shaped"effect on proactive resilience and a positive effect on reactive resilience.Moreover,external knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on proactive and reactive resilience and plays a partial media-ting role between digital strategic orientation,and proactive and reactive resilience.Absorptive capability moderates the re-lationship between external knowledge acquisition and proactive and reactive resilience.
