摘要

选取我国制造业所有A股上市公司作为主要的研究对象,应用Python中的jieba组件对上市公司年报内容进行文本挖掘计算企业数字化指数,实证检验了微观层面企业数字化对企业价值的影响,并考虑到了企业创新水平的中介作用和企业风险承担水平的调节作用.结果表明,企业的数字化显著提升企业价值,创新水平在数字化对企业价值的影响中起到部分中介作用,企业风险承担水平负向调节了企业数字化对企业价值的影响.揭示了数字化对企业价值的影响机理,为数字经济与实体制造业的进一步融合提供了理论依据,对制造业企业战略方针的制定以及产业的高质量发展具有重要的政策启示.

Abstract

This paper selects all A-share listed manufacturing companies as research subjects and applies the jieba compo-nent in Python for text mining of annual report contents to calculate the corporate digitization index.It empirically examines the impact of micro-level corporate digitization on corporate value,considering the mediating role of the innovation level and the moderating role of the risk-taking level.The results indicate that corporate digitization significantly enhances cor-porate value,and the innovation level partially mediates the impact of digitization on corporate value,while the risk-taking level negatively moderates the effect of corporate digitization on corporate value.It not only reveals the mechanism of the im-pact of digitization on corporate value,providing a theoretical basis for further integration of the digital economy and the manufacturing industry but also offers important policy implications for formulating manufacturing company's strategic guide-lines and promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
