Digital Transformation,Organizational Resilience and Sustainable Development of Enterprises:An Ambidexterity Learning Perspective
This paper adopts an ambidexterity learning perspective, with organizational resilience as a short-term survival objective and sustainable development as a long-term development objective,to delve into the dual impact of digital trans-formation on transformational economy enterprises.A survey was conducted among management personnel of digital transfor-mation enterprises, resulting in a total of 314 valid questionnaires.Data were subsequently analyzed using structural equa-tion modeling and bootstrapping to test various hypotheses. The results indicate that ambidexterity learning serves as a medi-ator between digital transformation and sustainable development performance.Furthermore, exploratory learning and organi-zational resilience exhibit a chain-like mediating effect in this relationship.Notably, exploitative learning does not appear to significantly enhance organizational resilience.Robustness tests consistently support these conclusions.Additional analy-sis suggests that in the context of digital transformation, exploratory learning has a positive impact on economic performance, while exploitative learning tends to promote environmental and social performance.
