The Influence Mechanism of Data Resource and Traditional Resource Matching on Transformation and Upgrading:The Mediating Effect of Technological Innovation
Based on the sample data of manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2022,from the perspective of resource matc-hing,this paper adopted polynomial regression and response surface analysis to explore the impact of consistency and incon-sistency between data resources and traditional resources on enterprise transformation and upgrading,as well as the mediating role of technological innovation.The results show that the higher the consistency of matching between traditional resources and data resources,the better the transformation and upgrading effect of enterprises.In the consistent situation,the matching development from"low traditional resource-low data resource"to"high traditional resource-high data resource"is more conducive to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.In the inconsistent situation,compared with the mismatch state of"low traditional resources-high data resources",the enterprises in the mismatch state of"high traditional resources-low data resources"have a higher transformation and upgrading level.The results of the mechanism of action show that the matching of"traditional resource-data resources"can help enterprises transform and upgrade by promoting innovation in-cremental quality improvement.
