数字平台内价值共创影响组织韧性的作用机理研究——数字化战略更新的中介作用和数字氛围的调节作用

摘要
引入数字化战略更新(包括环境适配性学习和数字技术嵌入)和数字氛围,深入探索数字平台内价值共创影响组织韧性的作用机制,并通过搜集247份中小制造企业的样本数据对构建的理论模型进行了实证检验.研究发现:(1)价值共创对组织韧性具有显著正向影响;(2)环境适配性学习、数字技术嵌入在价值共创与组织韧性关系间发挥部分中介作用,且存在"价值共创—环境适配性学习—数字技术嵌入—组织韧性"的链式中介路径;(3)数字氛围对环境适配性学习、数字技术嵌入的中介作用以及环境适配性学习与数字技术嵌入的链式中介作用呈现增强效果.
Abstract
This paper introduces digital strategy renewal(including environmental adaptive learning and digital technology embedding)and digital atmosphere to deeply explore the mechanism of value co-creation affecting organizational resili-ence.Based on 247 sample data from small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,it is found that:(1)value co-creation has a significant positive effect on organizational resilience.(2)Environmental adaptive learning and digital tech-nology embedding play a partial mediating role in the relationship between value co-creation and organizational resilience,and there is a chain mediating path of"value co-creation-digital environmental adaptive learning-digital technology em-bedding-organizational resilience".(3)Digital atmosphere can enhance the mediating effect of environmental adaptive learning,digital technology embedding,as well as the chain mediating effect of"environmental adaptive learning-digital technology embedding".
