创新独占性机制对平台依赖型创业企业绩效的影响研究

摘要
基于创新获利理论,从价值创造与获取视角探讨了独占性机制对平台依赖型创业企业绩效的影响,以及产品创新的调节作用.研究发现,平台依赖型创业企业正式独占性机制与企业绩效呈倒U型关系,非正式独占性机制对企业绩效具有正向影响,产品创新增强了非正式独占性机制对企业绩效的积极作用.
Abstract
Based on the theory of profiting from innovation,this paper explored the impact of appropriability mechanisms on the performance of platform-dependent entrepreneurs,as well as the moderating role of product innovation concerning value creation and capture.It is found that the formal appropriability mechanism of platform-dependent entrepreneurs has an in-verted U-shaped relationship with firm performance,the informal appropriability mechanism has a positive effect on firm performance,and product innovation enhances the informal appropriability mechanism's positive effect on firm performance.
