Research on the Evolution of Agglomeration to Clusters from the Perspective of Industrial Ecological Networks:A Case Study of the New Energy Vehicle Industry in Shanghai and Guangzhou
Based on the perspective of industrial ecological network evolution, the paper puts forward four stages of agglomer-ation to cluster evolution,namely"point-line-plane-solid".A"static and dynamic"system research framework is pro-posed,which combines the measurement of agglomeration level at different stages with the mechanism of jump, using China's new energy vehicle"twin star"cluster, namely Shanghai and Guangzhou new energy vehicle industry cluster, for verification. The results show that, from the agglomeration level,Shanghai and Guangzhou are both in the"adult"stage, but the supply chain network density and enterprise collaborative innovation need to be improved;from the perspective of the jump path,Shanghai and Guangzhou have followed the development path from"leading enterprises, close cooperation and supporting"to"leading core technologies, stimulating innovation vitality"to"improving innovative services, and showing regional brands".
