The Impact of the Interaction Between Organizational Memory and Organizational Forgetting on Enterprise Cross-border Innovation Strategy
From the new perspective of the interaction between organizational memory and organizational forgetting,this pa-per takes Yunnan Baiyao Group's cross-border innovation practice as an example,and reveals the influence of different types of interaction between organizational memory and organizational forgetting on enterprises'cross-border innovation strategy along the logical framework of"strategy design-strategy implementation-strategy implementation results".The re-sults show that:Yunnan Baiyao Group's cross-border innovation strategy has gone through three stages:initial exploration,diversification and ecologicalization of cross-border innovation.Under the interaction of organizational memory(static or-ganizational memory,dynamic organizational memory)and active organizational forgetting(forgetting learning and avoiding bad habits),the cross-border innovation strategy has been formulated,adjusted and reconstructed,and formed the strate-gic implementation results of"new main product-product group-brand ecosystem",and continuously accumulated and improved the ability of relationship building,market expansion and value co-creation.
