摘要

基于"过程观"将企业数字化转型细分为底层技术架构与市场场景应用两个层级,从社会资本视角分层考察董事网络影响数字化转型的作用机理.研究表明,数字化转型的动态演进过程具有不一致的阶段性特征和战略布局方向,董事网络对两个层级的影响在不同企业科技属性下呈现非对称效果.底层技术架构层级,董事网络仅对高科技企业产生显著的促进作用,且主要通过资源联结效应实现;市场场景应用层级,董事网络的促进作用不区分科技属性差异,且主要通过信息互动效应实现.

Abstract

Based on the"process view",this paper subdivides the enterprise digital transformation into two levels:underlying technology architecture and market scenario application,and layered explores the action mechanism of director networks'in-fluence on digital transformation from the perspective of social capital.Results show that the dynamic evolution process of digital transformation has inconsistent phased characteristics and strategic layout directions,and the influence of director net-works on two levels shows asymmetric effects under different enterprises'technological attributes.At the underlying technical architecture level,the director networks only have a significant promoting role in high-tech enterprises and are mainly real-ized through the resource connection effect.At the market scenario application level,the promoting role of director networks does not distinguish differences in technological attributes and is mainly realized through the information interaction effect.
