Knowledge-sharing Behavior in Enterprise Social Media from the Perspective of Psychological Contract
Based on the psychological contract theory,we constructed a mechanistic model of employees'knowledge-sha-ring behavior using enterprise social media, and collected data from 358 enterprise employees who carried out knowledge-sharing activities. The results showed that community-helping motivation significantly promotes employees'tacit knowl-edge-sharing behaviors, but organizational helping motivation has an inhibitory effect on employees'tacit knowledge-sha-ring behaviors;organizational attachment significantly enhances both the level of tacit and explicit knowledge sharing;and sense of community belonging significantly improves employees'explicit and tacit knowledge sharing behaviors.Further me-diating effect analysis showed that community belonging positively influenced community-helping motivation and indirectly promoted employees'tacit knowledge sharing.
