组织冗余对企业成长的影响研究——基于数字化转型的调节作用

基于2010-2022年中国A股上市公司数据,结合Python文本挖掘方法,考察数字化转型条件下未吸收冗余和已吸收冗余对企业成长的战略价值变化及内在机制.研究发现:未吸收冗余能够促进企业成长,但已吸收冗余作用效果不显著;数字化转型提高了企业应对环境变化、捕捉商业机会的能力,这在一定程度上对未吸收冗余形成了"替代",降低了其在企业成长中的战略价值;数字化转型"激活"了组织中沉淀下来的已吸收冗余,在已吸收冗余与企业成长关系中起到正向调节作用.企业应积极推动组织战略的数字化转型,以此降低未吸收冗余占用水平,并重新盘活沉淀性冗余资源,实现组织可持续成长.
The Influence of Organizational Slack on Enterprise Growth:Based on the Moderating Role of Digital Transformation
Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022,this paper,using Python text mining methods,examines the strategic value changes and underlying mechanisms of unabsorbed and absorbed redundancy on enter-prise growth under the conditions of digital transformation.Results show that,first,unabsorbed slack can promote enterprise growth,but the effect of absorbed slack is insignificant.Second,digital transformation improves the ability of enterprises to cope with environmental changes and capture business opportunities,which forms a"substitute"for unabsorbed slack to a certain extent and reduces its strategic value in enterprise growth.Third,digital transformation also partially"activates"the absorbed slack precipitated in the organization,and re-supports the growth of enterprises through resource reconstruction.Enterprises should actively promote the digital transformation of organizational strategy,to reduce the occupation level of un-absorbed slack,revitalize the precipitated redundant resources,and realize the sustainable growth of the organization.
