数字技术使用更有助于灵活就业人员收入增长吗?——基于二级数字鸿沟视角

摘要
依据中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2016、2018、2020三年数据,考察了二级数字鸿沟视角下的数字技术使用对灵活就业与正规就业群体收入、收入差距产生的影响及存在的作用机制.结果显示,数字技术使用对两群体收入均有正向影响,且对正规就业的影响大于灵活就业,扩大了二者的收入差距;随着收入水平的提高,数字技术对二者收入差距的影响逐渐由扩大转为缩小;机制分析表明,就业结构的改变与数字技术使用偏好是产生收入差距的主要原因.
Abstract
Using data from the 2016,2018,and 2020 China Family Panel Studies,this paper analyzes the impact of digital technology use on the income and income gap between flexible and formal employment groups from the perspective of the second-stage digital divide,and the possible mechanisms involved.The results show that the use of digital technology has a positive impact on the income of both groups,and the impact on formal employment is greater than that on flexible employ-ment,which widens the income gap between the two groups.As the income increases,the impact of digital technology on the income gap between the two groups gradually shifts from widening to narrowing.The mechanism analysis shows that the change in employment structure and the preference for digital technology use are the main reasons for the income gap.
