供电企业员工违章心理诱发因素探析

摘要
目的 构建供电企业员工的违章心理诱发因素模型.方法 采用系统编制的违章心理诱发因素调查问卷,对供电企业员工进行问卷调查.结果 对350份有效数据的探索性因素分析结果表明,违章心理诱发因素以6个因素为其基本结构.随后重新发放问卷,对136份有效数据的验证性因素分析也支持了该因素结构的合理性.结论 供电企业员工违章心理诱发因素模型的6因素结构为:不良工作习惯、过度自信、逞能心理、岗位技能差、心理状态差和人际协作不良.
Abstract
Objective To explore the mental inducement factors of operation violation of employees in electric power supply Companies.Methods Based on the review of previous studies,and content analysis of partially open-ended questionnaire survey and structured interviews,the mental inducement of operation violation questionnaire was developed.Then the questionnaire was handed out to the front-line employees and managers in electric power supply Companies of National Grid.Results An exploratory factor analysis of the responses of 350 participants suggested that there were six factors in the mental inducement model of operation violation,and this structure was confirmed by a confirmatory factor analysis of the other 136 participants' response.Conclusion The mental inducement model of operation violation of front-line employees and managers had six factors.The six factors were unsafe work habit,overconfidence,puppyism,lack of sufficient job skills,bad mental state and poor cooperative relationship.
