智能煤矿综采控制系统双人协同作业情境意识研究

目的 探究智能煤矿综采控制系统双人协同作业中个体在不同协同条件下的情境意识(SA)的构建情况,为智能煤矿中人员协同操作模式提供管理的相关依据.方法 利用E-prime软件模拟智能煤矿综采控制系统中的采煤机运行状态监控任务,实验模拟四种不同协同场景(单独作业、操作协同、工作交流协同、非工作内容交流协同),利用全局情境意识技术测度被试总体情境意识以及感知、理解、预测三阶段情境意识得分,并验证不同协同条件下双人协同作业模式中个体的情境意识影响差异.结果 双人操作协同与工作内容交流协同显著提升个体情境意识水平,并取得较高的工作绩效;在情境意识感知阶段,非工作内容交流协同与其他三组对比情境意识得分显著下降;在理解阶段,工作内容交流组与其他三组均呈现情境意识得分上的显著性差异,且工作内容交流组得分最高;在预测阶段单独作业组与操作协同组和工作内容交流协同组在SA得分上存在显著性差异,单独作业在预测阶段的得分显著低于有协同组.结论 相较于单独作业,操作协同、有关工作内容的交流协同能够有效维持个体情境意识和提高绩效水平,但非工作内容的交流协同反而会降低个体情境意识.
Research on Situational Awareness of Dual-Operator Collaborative Operation in Intelligent Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Control System
Objective:This study aims to explore the construction of situational awareness(SA)of individuals in dual cooperative operations within the Intelligent Coal Mine Comprehensive Mining Control System under various collaborative conditions,providing relevant management insights for personnel cooperative opera-tion modes in intelligent coal mines.Methods Using E-prime software,simulated experiments were conducted to simulate coal mining machine operation state monitoring tasks in the intelligent coal mine comprehensive mining con-trol system.Simulate four different collaborative scenarios(individual tasks,operational collaboration,work-related communication collaboration,non-work-related communication collaboration)using the SAGAT situational aware-ness measurement method.The SAGAT situational awareness measurement method was employed to measure partici-pants'overall SA,as well as perception,comprehension,and projection stage SA scores,and to validate differences in situational awareness impact among individuals in dual cooperative work modes under various collaborative conditions.Results Collaborative operational coordination and work-related communication collaboration significantly improved individual SA levels and achieved higher work performance.In the perception stage of situational awareness,non-work-related communication collaboration showed significantly decreased SA scores compared to the other three groups.In the comprehension stage,the work-related communication collaboration group exhibited significant differ-ences in SA scores compared to the other three groups,with the highest scores.In the projection stage,significant differences were found in SA scores between the individual operation group and the operational collaboration group as well as the work-related communication collaboration group,with the individual operation group scoring significantly lower than the collaborative groups.Conclusion Compared to individual operation,operational collaboration and work-related communication collaboration effectively maintain individual situational awareness and enhance performance levels.However,non-work-related communication collaboration may reduce individual situational awareness levels.
