The Impact of Stress Resilience on Job Burnout among Security Police During Major International Events:A Chain Mediation Model
Objective This study investigated the impact of stress resilience on work burnout among security po-lice during major international events and the influence of occupational risk perception and state anxiety on this rela-tionship,using the Winter Olympics as a case study.Methods This work conducted a survey study on 270 security personnel using the Stress Resilience Quotient Scale,the Police Occupational Risk Assessment Scale,the State Anxiety Scale and the Burnout Scale.Results(1)Stress elasticity is significantly negatively correlated with job burnout of security officers;(2)The separate mediating effects of occupational risk perception and state anxiety between stress re-silience and job burnout were both significant;(3)Occupational risk perception and state anxiety play a chain media-ting role between stress resilience and job burnout.Conclusion Stress resilience can not only directly affect job burnout,but also indirectly affect job burnout through occupational risk perception and state anxiety.
