锦屏水电工程地质灾害防范治理与启示

锦屏水电工程处于地质灾害多发易发区域,灾害类型多、发生频率高、活动强度大、分布地域广,危害巨大。工程建设期间,为了有效地避免或最大程度地减轻地质灾害造成的损失,维护人员生命、财产安全和社会稳定,采取了一系列地质灾害防治对策和措施。以锦屏发生过的地质灾害为例,分析并总结地质灾害防治工作中的经验与教训,可为雅砻江流域以及类似地质条件区域防灾减灾提供参考。
Jinping Hydropower Project is located in geological disaster-prone areas where various disasters with high intensity occur frequently to a wide range of areas, resulting in serious damage. During the construction period, in order to effectively a-void or minimize the damage caused by geological disasters and protect people′s lives, property security and social stability, a se-ries of measures were adopted. Taking the occurred geological disasters in Jinping area as examples, we analyzed and summarized the experience and lessons in geological disaster prevention and control, which could provide reference for disaster prevention and reduction in Yalong River basin or the areas with similar geological conditions.
