长江-鄱阳湖顶托作用评价指标研究

长江与鄱阳湖形成的江湖交汇系统存在复杂的河床演变与物质能量交换,江湖顶托关系是影响江湖水量交换的重要因素,同时对整个区域的水资源、防洪、灌溉、航运、生态有着重要影响.以长江与鄱阳湖的交汇区为研究对象,从动量基本方程出发,建立了一套评估长江与鄱阳湖顶托强度的指标体系,提出了顶托强度指标——顶托角.研究结果表明:自20 世纪80 年代以来,顶托角整体上没有发生趋势性变化,说明长江对鄱阳湖的顶托作用在三峡水库蓄水后变化不明显.但从年内变化来看,在枯水期,由于三峡水库的补水作用,长江对鄱阳湖的顶托作用明显增强;在汛期,由于三峡水库的削减洪峰以及汛末蓄水,长江对鄱阳湖的顶托作用减弱.长江对鄱阳湖的顶托作用变化会在4~6 月使湖水滞留湖区,易发生流域性洪水;在7~10 月加速湖水的入江,使鄱阳湖的低水位形势持续恶化.研究成果可为长江和鄱阳湖的治理与保护提供参考.
Characterization index of jacking effect between Changjiang River and Poyang Lake
There are complex riverbed evolution and material-energy exchange in the river-lake confluence system formed by the Changjiang River and Poyang Lake.The complicated converge jacking effect between Changjiang River and Poyang Lake is an important factor determining the water exchange between the river and lake,which influences the water resources,flood control,ir-rigation,navigation and ecology of the Poyang Lake.We established an index system for assessing the jacking effect strength of Changjiang River and Poyang Lake from the basic equation of momentum,and propose a index of jacking angle(R).The results show that there is no trend change of R since 1980s,indicating that the jacking effect strength of Changjiang River and Poyang Lake has not changed obviously after the storage of Three Gorges Reservoir.However,from the intra-annual variation,the jacking effect strength is obviously enhanced due to the replenishment effect of Three Gorges Reservoir in dry period.On the contrary,the jacking effect strength is weakened due to abatement of the flood peak during the flood season and impoundment at the end of flood season.The change of the jacking effect will cause more water to stay in the lake during April to June,which is prone to ba-sin flooding.While the jacking effect accelerate the lake water into the river during July to October,which makes the low-water level situation of Poyang Lake continue to deteriorate.The research results can provide reference for the governance and protection of the Changjiang River and Poyang Lake.
