Research on LID layout of old community based on SWMM model and NSGA-Ⅱ multi-objective optimization
Sponge city design scheme can alleviate urban flooding triggered by extreme rainstorms to a certain extent.Taking an old community in Haidian District of Beijing as a research object, the rainwater management model(SWMM)was combined with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ).With the optimization objectives of construction cost, runoff reduction effect, and node overload time, and the maximum area of each low impact development(LID)measure arranged proportionally as the constraint condition, the Pareto optimal curve was iteratively selected.By analyzing the rainwater discharge efficiency of differ-ent LID measure combinations in old residential areas, effective planning suggestions were proposed. The results showed that for a single LID layout scheme, the runoff control effect of permeable paving under the same proportion was better than that of green roof. The runoff control effect of LID combinations was positively correlated with the construction cost, but the growth of the runoff reduction rate was limited, and the high-cost construction scheme did not achieve a better reduction effect, and the node overload time will not continue to decline. When the rainfall recurrence period was 10a,the optimal combination of LID layout for the com-munity was 37.12%green roof +17.7%sunken green space +7 sets of rainwater tanks +9.47%permeable paving. The multi-objective optimization model coupling SWMM and NSGA-Ⅱ intelligent algorithm under heavy rainfall conditions can provide a reference for the design of LID layout in similar communities.
