生态保护对长江经济带高质量发展影响研究

为更好实现长江经济带生态保护和高质量发展的耦合协调,利用熵权法测算长江经济带11 个省(市)在2013~2021 年间的生态保护和高质量发展水平,采用空间杜宾模型进行空间计量分析,研究生态保护对高质量发展的空间影响效应,最后利用耦合协调模型分析生态保护与高质量发展耦合协调度的时序演化特征与空间演化特征.研究结果表明:长江经济带高质量发展水平呈逐年上升趋势,但存在地区异质,下游地区高质量发展水平相较于中游和上游地区更加突出;生态保护能够促进高质量发展,且对周围地区存在正向空间溢出效应;高质量发展与生态保护的耦合协调度从以中度协调为主转变为高度协调为主.长江经济带各省市在加快高质量发展的过程中,不仅要注重生态保护,还需重视区域发展的均衡性和协调性.
Influence of ecological protection on high-quality development of Yangtze River Economic Belt
To better realize the coupling coordination of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,we used the entropy weight method to measure the level of ecological protection and high-quality develop-ment in 11 provinces(cities)of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2021.Then we used the spatial Durbin model to carry out spatial econometric analysis to study the spatial influence of ecological protection on high-quality development.Finally,we used the coupling coordination model to analyze its time-series evolution characteristics.The results show that the level of high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been increasing year by year,but there is regional heterogenei-ty,and the level of high-quality development in the lower reaches is more prominent than that in the middle reaches and up-stream areas.Ecological protection can promote high-quality development and has a positive spatial spillover effect on vicinities.The coupling coordination degree between ecological protection and high-quality development changes from moderate coordina-tion to high coordination.In the process of accelerating high-quality development,the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should not only focus on ecological protection but also the balance and coordination of regional development.
