摘要

丹江口库区小流域单元划分是库区水质安全保障和水生态文明建设的基础性工作.选择湖北省丹江口库区(十堰市)为研究区域,以高精度DEM、高分辨率遥感影像等为数据源,基于《湖北省流域综合治理和统筹发展规划纲要》确定的9 个三级流域片区与 23 个四级流域片区,采用河网自动提取和人机交互修整等方法,划定了1 472 个五级小流域单元,形成了一种面向流域综合治理单元的重要生态功能区小流域划分方法.研究成果可为湖北省丹江口库区水土流失防治、小流域治理成效评估等提供决策依据,以形成各部门水土流失防治的"合力".

Abstract

The division of small watershed units in the Danjiangkou Reservoir Area is fundamental work for ensuring water qual-ity safety and building water ecological civilization in the reservoir area.We selected the Danjiangkou Reservoir Area(Shiyan Cit-y)in Hubei Province as the research area and used high-precision DEM,high-resolution remote sensing images,and other data sources.According to the 9 third-level watershed areas and 23 fourth-level watershed areas in Hubei Province watershed com-prehensive governance and coordinated development planning outline,1 472 fifth-level sub-watershed units were delineated,forming an important ecological function area small watershed division method for watershed comprehensive governance units by u-sing methods such as automatic river network extraction and human-machine interaction adjustment.The results can provide a decision-making basis for the prevention and control of soil erosion in the Danjiangkou Reservoir of Hubei Province,the evalua-tion of the effectiveness of small watershed management,and the formation of a joint effort among various departments for soil ero-sion prevention and control.
