摘要

为了推广装配式挡土墙在边坡支挡中的应用,设计了一种新型装配式混凝土挡土墙.该新型挡土墙由实心混凝土预制块拼装而成,预制块间采用榫槽及水泥砂浆粘结进行连接;将其进一步细分为A、B两种类型,挡墙A预制块留预制孔,并在拼装完成后整体插筋灌浆,挡墙B预制块不留预制孔.,开展了装配式混凝土挡土墙现场试验,研究挡土墙的整体变形和上下预制块连接处的局部变形,验证榫槽结构和水泥砂浆粘结的可靠性;揭示挡土墙的位移模式和土压力分布规律,并通过修正库仑主动土压力得到了该挡土墙的主动土压力和变形土压力计算公式.研究结果表明:榫槽结构和水泥砂浆粘结的连接形式较为可靠,挡墙A预制块间未产生相对转动,挡墙B预制块间仅在最大超载作用下产生轻微的上层预制块绕下层向外转动;预制孔中插筋灌浆能增强预制块间的整体性并提升墙身刚度.挡土墙在超载作用下整体绕基底中心转动,当超载为45 kPa、墙顶位移为0.23%H(H为墙高)时墙后填土达到主动极限状态,土压力呈非线性分布.提出的主动土压力计算公式可用于计算超载小于45 kPa时的主动土压力,并给出了挡土墙变形土压力与位移之间的关系曲线.该装配式混凝土挡土墙承载性能良好,可以进行推广应用.研究成果可为该新型装配式挡土墙的设计及推广应用提供依据.

Abstract

In order to promote application of assembled retaining walls in support of slopes,a new type of assembled concrete retaining wall is designed,in which type A and type B assembled retaining walls are further classified.The retaining wall is assem-bled from solid concrete precast blocks,and the precast blocks are connected by mortise and cement mortar.Precast holes are left among prefabricated blocks of type A,and these holes will be grouted with bars inserted after the assembly is completed,and retai-ning wall B is assembled by the precast blocks without precast holes.We carried out field trials on assembled concrete retaining walls,studied the overall deformation of the retaining wall and the local deformation of the upper and lower precast block joints,and verified reliability of tongue and groove and cement mortar bonding.Through the tests,we reveal the displacement pattern and earth pressure distribution law of the retaining wall,and obtain the active and deforming earth pressure calculation formula of this assembled retaining wall by correcting the Coulomb active earth pressure.The main conclusions are given below:the connection between the mortise structure and cement mortar is reliable,no relative rotation is generated between precast blocks of retaining wall A,and there is only slight relative rotation between precast blocks of retaining wall B under maximum overload,that the upper precast blocks rotates outward around the lower one.The insertion of bars and the filling of cement mortar in the precast holes can enhance the connectivity between the precast blocks and improve the stiffness of the retaining wall.Under the action of overload,the whole retaining wall rotates around the center of the foundation.When the overload is 45 kPa and the horizontal displacement of the top of the retaining wall displacement is 0.23%H(H is the height of the retaining wall),the filling soil behind the wall reaches the active limit state with the earth pressure in a nonlinear distribution.We proposed a formula for calculating active earth pressure when the overload is less than 45kPa,and the relationship between earth pressure and displacement of retaining wall is given.The novel assembled concrete retaining wall has good bearing performance and can be applied and popularized.The re-search results can provide a basis for the design and popularization of this new type of assembled retaining wall.
