Analysis of Spatial-Temporal Evolution of Coupling Coordination Between Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development in Cities Along the Yellow River
In order to enrich the study of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin and provide counter-measure suggestions for the economic development of cities along the Yellow River, the ecological protection and high-quality development evaluation index system was built separately, taking 60 prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River as sample units, using the entropy value method to assign weights to the indexes and calculate the ecological protection index and high-quality development index for each city along the Yellow River from 2010 to 2020,and calculating the The coupling coordination model was used to calculate the coupling degree and coor-dination degree of ecological protection and high-quality development in the watershed and to classify the coordination level, and to analyze the dynamic evolution of coupling and coordination between ecological protection and high-quality development in cities along the Yellow Riv-er.The results show that the coordination degree of ecological protection and high quality development of cities along the Yellow River from 2010 to 2020 is mostly increasing steadily, while some cities are decreasing, and the overall coordination level in 2020 is still lower, and 37 cities are still in maladjusted state,so the coupling and coordination of ecological protection and high quality development take a heavy burden and embark on a long road. From a spatial perspective, the coordination degree of ecological protection and high-quality development of cities along the Yellow River generally shows a pattern of downstream>midstream>upstream, and the top ten cities in the average size of the co-ordination degree of ecological protection and high-quality development in the study period are mostly coastal cities or provincial capitals, while the bottom ten cities are mostly marginal cities of provinces(regions),geographic location, resources endowment, degree of policy support and economic development model have important effects on the degree of coupling coordination. In 2020,there are 31 cities with lag-ging ecological protection,5 cities with balanced ecological protection, and 24 cities with leading ecological protection, indicating that the overall ecological protection of cities along the Yellow River lags behind high-quality development.
