不同碳酸钙钙源对CFPK加固风积沙的影响

仿岩溶碳酸氢钙(CFPK)溶液是一种环境友好型固沙材料,碳酸钙钙源对CFPK溶液的制备及其特性有重要影响.为了给CFPK在固沙方面的推广应用提供参考,选择分析纯碳酸钙、生物碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙 4 种材料作为制备CFPK溶液的碳酸钙钙源,通过化学试验、力学试验、X射线衍射试验和扫描电镜试验等,分析了不同碳酸钙钙源制备的CFPK溶液的固沙效果.结果表明:1)4 种碳酸钙钙源制备的CFPK溶液在反应达到平衡时,电导率和钙离子浓度基本相同,即钙源对碳酸氢钙溶解度影响很小,但是反应速度差别明显,其中重质碳酸钙的反应速率最快、生物碳酸钙的反应速率最慢;2)不同碳酸钙固化沙的表面强度、抗风蚀能力差异明显,重质碳酸钙固化沙表面强度和抗风蚀能力大于其他 3 种碳酸钙的,生物碳酸钙固化沙表面强度和抗风蚀能力最小;3)4 种碳酸钙钙源在固化沙中生成的碳酸钙晶体矿物成分基本相同,主要为方解石,但不同碳酸钙钙源在固化沙中生成的碳酸钙晶体的含量和形态有所不同,分析纯碳酸钙生成的碳酸钙晶体主要为六面体方解石,其他 3 种碳酸钙生成的碳酸钙晶体以薄片状为主,其中重质碳酸钙生成的碳酸钙晶体尺寸大、高度聚集、致密性高,因此重质碳酸钙作为钙源的固沙效果最好,建议选用重质碳酸钙作为制备CFPK溶液的钙源.
Effect of Different Calcium Carbonate Sources on the Reinforcement of Aeolian Sand by CFPK
Calcium bicarbonate from pseudo-karstification solution(CFPK)is a kind of environment-friendly sand-fixation material.The source of calcium carbonate has an important influence to the preparation and characteristics of CFPK solution.In order to provide reference for the promotion of application of CFPK in sand fixation,four materials,namely pure calcium carbonate,biological calcium carbonate,light calcium carbonate and heavy calcium carbonate were selected as calcium carbonate sources for preparing CFPK.The sand fixation effects of CFPK solutions prepared by different calcium carbonate sources were analyzed through chemical tests,mechanical tests,X-ray diffraction tests and scanning electron microscopy tests.The results show that a)the conductivity and calcium ion concentration of CFPK solutions pre-pared by four calcium carbonate sources are basically the same when the reaction reaches equilibrium,i.e.,the calcium sources has little in-fluence to the solubility of calcium bicarbonate.However,the difference of reaction rates is obvious,with the fastest reaction rate for heavy calcium carbonate and the slowest for biogenic calcium carbonate.b)The surface strength and wind erosion resistance of different calcium carbonate solidified sands are obviously different.The surface strength and wind erosion resistance of heavy calcium carbonate solidified sand is greater than that of other 3 kinds of calcium carbonate,and the surface strength and wind erosion resistance of biocarbonate solidified sand is the smallest.c)The mineral composition of calcium carbonate crystals generated by the 4 kinds of calcium carbonate sources in the solidi-fied sand is basically the same,and it is mainly calcite.However,the content and morphology of calcium carbonate crystals generated from different calcium carbonate sources in solidified sand are different.The calcium carbonate crystals generated from pure calcium carbonate are mainly hexahedral calcite,and the calcium carbonate crystals generated from the other three types of calcium carbonate are mainly in the form of thin flakes,among which the calcium carbonate crystals generated from heavy calcium carbonate are large in size,highly aggregated and have high densification.Therefore,heavy calcium carbonate as the calcium source has the best sand fixation effect,and it is recommended to choose heavy calcium carbonate as the calcium source for preparing CFPK solution.
