Research on Resources and Environmental Effect Evaluation of High-Standard Farmland Construction Engineering Measures
Through the study of the completed high-standard farmland construction projects, based on the change of engineering and technical measures before and after the implementation of the project, the evaluation index system was built, and the impact of different engineering and technical measures on resources and environmental effects was studied by using the comprehensive evaluation method and grey correlation analysis method, and the impact of engineering and technical measures on resources and environmental effects of high-standard farmland con-struction projects was analyzed and evaluated. The results show that a)the resources and environmental effects of the 12 demonstration areas in the study area are all positive, which meets the requirements of positive resources and environmental effects, but the comprehensive scores are generally lower, indicating that the negative indicators have a great impact on the resources and environmental effects.b)The correlation between the evaluation indexes and the resources and environmental effects is higher, and the minimum is 0.720.Among them, the positive factor with a greater impact is the proportion of new and improved drainage area, and the negative factor with a greater impact is the hardened length of new field roads per unit area. The engineering and technical measures of high-standard farmland have a great impact on the resources and environmental effects, and the planning and design of the project should be based on the actual situation of the demonstration area,rea-sonable planning, focusing on making up for the shortcomings, controlling negative factors and reducing negative impacts,so as to achieve the green development of agriculture in the demonstration area.
