黄河流域数字经济发展水平评价及时空演变分析

为更好地发挥数字经济对黄河流域高质量发展的促进作用,从数字经济基础设施、数字经济发展环境、数字产业化和产业数字化 4 个维度构建黄河流域数字经济发展水平评价指标体系,并基于 2016-2020 年黄河流域九省(区)的相关数据,采用熵权TOPSIS法、自然断点分类法和莫兰指数对黄河流域数字经济发展水平、时空特征以及空间相关性进行探究.结果表明:总体来看,黄河流域数字经济发展水平较低,但呈上升趋势,存在明显的空间相关性.各省(区)数字经济发展水平综合排名比较稳定,但存在区域差异性,总体呈现由东向西下降的特征.基于以上分析提出了加大发展水平较低省(区)的扶持力度、加强基础设施建设、优化数字经济发展环境、加快推进数字产业化发展等对策.
Evaluation of the Level of Digital Economy Development and Its Spatial-Temporal Evolution Analysis in the Yellow River Basin
In order to better play the role of digital economy to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,the article constructed an evaluation index system of digital economy development level in the Yellow River Basin from four dimensions of digital econo-my infrastructure,digital economy development environment,digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and based on the relevant data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2016 to 2020,adopted entropy-weight TOPSIS method,natural break classification method and Moran index to explore the level of digital economy development,spatial and temporal characteristics and spatial correlation in the Yellow River Basin.It is found that:in general,the level of digital economy development in the Yellow River Basin is lower,but it is on an upward trend,and there is an obvious spatial correlation.The comprehensive ranking of digital economy development level of each prov-ince is relatively stable,but there are regional differences,and the overall characteristics of decreasing from east to west.Based on the above analysis,specific countermeasures are proposed to increase the support for the weaker developing provinces,strengthen the infrastructure construction,optimize the digital economy development environment,and accelerate the development of digital industrialization,so as to pro-mote the high-quality development of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin.
