黄河下游灌区引黄涵闸引水能力变化原因分析

黄河下游引黄涵闸受河床下切、河势变化等因素共同影响,引水条件与设计情况相比发生了变化,造成部分河段涵闸引水困难,影响农业适时灌溉和生产.为给应对引黄涵闸引水能力下降问题提供参考,基于黄河下游 2000-2016 年引黄涵闸引水水位和河道断面实测数据,分析引黄涵闸引水水位变化、河槽冲刷、引黄渠道淤积变化等因素对引黄涵闸引水能力产生的影响.结果表明:1)2016 年黄河来水 300~900 m3/s时,黄河下游引黄涵闸实际引水能力仅为设计引水能力的 13.63%~39.43%,引黄涵闸引水能力明显下降;2)相较 2000 年,2016 年的引黄涵闸设计值对应黄河流量的水位,高村以上河段下降了 2.95~3.35 m,高村以下河段下降了 1.55~2.95 m;3)从河段河床平均冲刷厚度看,花园口—夹河滩、夹河滩—高村、高村—孙口、孙口—艾山、艾山—泺口、泺口—利津河段的冲刷厚度分别为 3.88、3.06、1.84、1.88、1.88、2.02 m,河槽连续冲刷导致同流量水位明显降低,严重影响河南和山东段引黄涵闸正常引水;4)涵闸前后引、输水渠道淤积会导致引黄涵闸引水能力降低.
Analysis of the Change of Diversion Capacity of the Diversion Culvert and Sluice in the Lower Yellow River Irrigation Area
Due to the factors such as riverbed incision and changes in river regime,the downstream Yellow River diversion culvert gates have undergone changes in water diversion conditions compared to the design,resulting in difficulties in water diversion for some river sections of the culvert gates and affecting timely agricultural irrigation and production development.In order to provide reference for addressing the issue of declining water diversion capacity of Yellow River diversion culvert gates,based on the measured water level and river section data of the Yellow River diversion culvert gates from 2000 to 2016,the impact of the factors such as changes in water level,channel erosion and sedi-mentation in the Yellow River diversion channel on the water diversion capacity of the Yellow River diversion culvert gates was analyzed.The results show that a)when the Yellow River inflow is 300-900 m3/s in 2016,the actual diversion capacity of the Yellow River diversion cul-vert gates in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is only 13.63%-39.43%of the designed diversion capacity,and the diversion capacity of the Yellow River diversion culvert gates has significantly decreased.b)Compared to 2000,the design value of the Yellow River diversion culvert gate in 2016 corresponds to the water level of the Yellow River flow,the river section above Gaocun has decreased by 2.95-3.35 m,and the river section below Gaocun has decreased by 1.55-2.95 m.c)From the average erosion thickness of the riverbed in the river section,the erosion thicknesses of Huayuankou-Jiahetan,Jiahetan-Gaocun,Gaocun-Sunkou,Sunkou-Aishan,Aishan-Luokou and Luokou-Lijin sec-tions are 3.88,3.06,1.84,1.88,1.88 and 2.02 meters respectively.The continuous erosion of the river channel leads to a significant de-crease in the water level at the same flow rate,seriously affecting the normal water diversion of the Yellow River diversion culvert gate in Henan and Shandong sections.d)The siltation in the front and back culvert gates will reduce the diversion capacity of Yellow River diversion sluices.
