泥水盾构隧道地层渗透压力的确定及规律研究

泥水盾构隧道施工中的地层渗透压力是设定开挖仓泥水压力等施工参数的主要依据之一.为提高地层渗透压力计算的准确性,开展泥水盾构隧道地层渗透压力的确定方法及规律研究.考虑土体开挖、泥水支护、壁后注浆等施工因素,建立模拟泥水盾构施工动态过程的三维流固耦合模型,分析盾构掘进和同步注浆等施工作业以及地层情况对地层渗透压力的扰动范围和扰动程度,基于此提出泥水盾构隧道地层渗透压力的修正公式.结果表明:当注浆压力为 200~500 kPa时,盾构施工对地层渗透压力的最远影响范围为距离开挖面前方 4.5 环处;在相同注浆压力下,对岩层渗透压力的扰动范围最大,砂土层次之,黏土层最小;采用修正公式得出的地层渗透压力计算值与实测值变化趋势基本一致,验证了修正公式的合理性.
Research on the Determination and Law of Formation Seepage Pressure of Slurry Shield Tunnel
The formation seepage pressure in the construction of slurry shield tunnel is one of the main basis for setting construction parame-ters such as slurry pressure in the excavation chamber.In order to improve the accuracy of stratum seepage pressure calculation,the determi-nation method and law of stratum seepage pressure of slurry shield tunnel were studied.Considering the construction elements such as soil ex-cavation,slurry support and grouting behind the wall,a three-dimensional fluid-solid coupling model was established to simulate the dynamic process of slurry shield construction,the disturbance range and disturbance degree of shield construction and stratum conditions such as shield tunneling and synchronous grouting on stratum seepage pressure were analyzed.Based on this,a correction formula for stratum seepage pressure of slurry shield tunnel was proposed.The results show that when the grouting pressure is 200~500 kPa,the farthest influence range of shield tunneling on the formation penetration pressure is 4.5 rings away from the front of the excavation face;under the same grouting pres-sure,the disturbance range of the rock layer is the largest,the disturbance range of the sand layer is the second,and the disturbance range of the clay layer is the smallest;the calculated value of the stratum permeability pressure obtained by the correction formula is basically con-sistent with the measured value trend,which verifies the rationality of the correction formula.
