陕西省黄河流域深度节水水平及潜力评估

为推动黄河流域实施深度节水控水行动,提升陕西省水资源节约集约利用水平,探讨了深度节水的定义,采用模糊层次综合评价法(FAHP)建立了深度节水水平评估指标体系,对陕西省黄河流域各地级市深度节水水平进行了评估,提出了存在的问题及对策,并根据深度节水目标计算了深度节水潜力,结果表明:现状年西安市、咸阳市、延安市、铜川市、宝鸡市、韩城市、杨凌区、榆林市、商洛市、西咸新区深度节水水平为较强,渭南市深度节水水平为一般.陕西省黄河流域"十四五"期间深度节水潜力为 3.239 亿m3,较一般节水可新增 0.827 亿m3的节水潜力.
Deep Water Saving Level and Potential Assessment of the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province
In order to promote the implementation of the action of deep water saving and control in the Yellow River Basin and improve the level of intensive utilization of water resources in Shaanxi Province,this paper discussed the definition of deep water saving,using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)to establish the evaluation index system of deep water saving level,evaluated the deep water saving lev-el of cities in the Yellow River Basin of Shaanxi Province,put forward the existing problems and countermeasures,and calculated the deep water saving potential according to the deep water saving goal,which had theoretical support for the implementation of deep water saving in Shaanxi Province.The results show that in the current year,the level of deep water saving in Xi'an,Xianyang,Yan'an,Tongchuan,Baoji,Hancheng,Yangling,Yulin,Shangluo and Xixian New District is strong,and the level of deep water saving in Weinan is general.The deep water saving potential of the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period is 323.9 million m3,which can increase the water saving potential of 82.7 million m3 compared with the general water saving situation.
